Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead production employees
- Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and deadlines
- Maintain and document all required HACCP records
- Identify and implement process improvements related to safety, quality, ergonomics, efficiency, and documentation
- Analyze and resolve operational disruptions using structured problem-solving methods; escalate issues when necessary
- Plan staffing requirements and support employee development and qualification
Your Profile
- Completed technical or food related training/study or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in food manufacturing is an advantage
- Initial leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial
- Willingness to work shifts and demonstrate flexibility
- Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, social competence, and assertiveness
